Lynda Bell, President
Ms. Bell is the President of the Corporation. Ms. Bell worked for her father, Mario, in his delicatessen/ meat market for 11 years and then ventured on her own and began Mario's Deli & Catering, Inc.

Ms. Bell graduated from high school in Elkhart, Indiana. Ms. Bell has had the catering business for 16 years. Ms. Bell started Anna Mario's in 1995 in hopes of fulfilling Mario's dream of the world tasting his sauce. Mario and his sister Anna had worked on the recipe over the years. After Anna's death, Mario continued to perfect the recipe and thanks to his perseverance, we have the wonderful product that we offer today. Ms. Bell is an advocate for animals and an amateur photographer.

Rod Roberson, Vice-President, Director of Sales

Mr. Roberson is responsible for sales and marketing at Anna Mario's Inc. Mr. Roberson has been a consumer products professional for 22 years with various major companies. 13 years in the Coca-Cola system, 4 years with Gallo Winery, and 4 years with Miller Brewing Company have made Mr. Roberson a great addition to our leadership team.

Mr. Roberson is a graduate of Northwestern University with a BA in Economics and is a resident of Elkhart, IN. He has been on the Anna Mario's leadership team for 3 years. Rod is currently on the Elkhart City Council, the YMCA board and numerous other community activities.

Dave Rushenberg, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Rushenberg is responsible for accounting, tax and financial reporting at Anna Mario's Inc. Mr. Rushenberg has been a certified public accountant for 30 years.
He was a partner with McGladrey & Pullen, a national CPA firm, before leaving in 1986 to form his own CPA firm. His experience with start-up businesses and strong financial planning background make him a valuable member of our leadership team.

Mr. Rushenberg is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a BA in accounting and is a resident of Elkhart, IN. He has been on the Anna Mario's leadership team for 3 years. Dave is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Indiana Society of CPAs and Minnesota Society of CPAs. He is currently on the Riverview Adult Day Center board and is a charter member of the Concord and Elkhart Morning rotary clubs.

Peggy Mansell, Corporate Secretary

Ms. Mansell is responsible for corporate administration coordination. Ms. Mansell has worked 18 years with Bayer Corporation and 6 years in the health care industry. Ms. Mansell's organizational skills make her a great addition to our leadership team.

Ms. Mansell graduated from high school in Demopolis, Alabama and then went into the U.S. Army. Ms. Mansell has worked with Mario's catering business for the last 12 years. She is one of the original members of the leadership team of Anna Mario's. Ms. Mansell has been active with Child Abuse Protective Services and the Humane Society.

“I feel we have a unique product and there is a market for it and I will continue to work toward this. This is a dream to do it for Mario. All the hard work is worth it when you see his face where there is a publication about the sauce or we tell him a new location that has picked up the sauce”
